Larry A. Renner, CPA

Larry has extensive experience in both accounting and tax services and business valuation and litigation. He specializes in providing accounting and tax services to a wide range of businesses, including physicians, construction, real estate, and service businesses. He also provides tax preparation and planning services for individuals. Larry has qualified as an expert witness and provides testimony in the Commonwealth of Virginia and the State of West Virginia. He also lectures on the subject of litigation support and business valuation. Larry holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Virginia Polytechnic Institute. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, Virginia Society of Certified Public Accountants, Medical Group Management Association, and Physicians Viewpoint Network. He is a past committee member of the VSCPA Litigation Support Committee and has been recognized as a “Super CPA” in the Business Valuation/Litigation Services category. Larry practices in Virginia and West Virginia.

Troy joined the firm in 1999. He specializes in providing accounting and tax services to small to mid-size businesses, including physicians, service businesses, construction, and real estate activities. He also provides tax preparation and planning services for individuals. Troy received his BS in Accounting and BS in Horticulture from Virginia Tech. He is a member of the AICPA and VSCPA, and was recently named a ‘Super CPA’ in the category of Individual Tax by Virginia Business magazine.

Roy L. Emmons II, CPA

Roy joined the firm in 2000. He provides accounting, tax planning and tax services for a variety of businesses and individual clients, specializing in service businesses, construction and real estate activities. He is the treasurer for The Top of Virginia Builders Association, which serves the Northern Shenandoah Valley. Roy is a graduate of Clarke County High School and received his BA in Business Administration from Shenandoah University in 2000. Roy has been recognized as a “Super CPA” in the young CPA category.

Becky has been with our firm for several years. She is a graduate of James Wood High School and Bridgewater College, with a degree in Business Administration and a concentration in accounting. Her main areas of accounting include taxation and auditing.

Susie joined the firm in 2005 as a bookkeeper. She provides Peachtree and QuickBooks bookkeeping, in addition to providing on-site and phone support to in- house bookkeepers. Susie is a graduate of John Handley High School.

Jennifer is in charge of billing for the firm. She joined the firm in 2008 as an administrative assistant. She is a graduate of Sherando High School.
